About the course
A one-day workshop working with two different tutors. Spend the morning with Cath, creating your own handprinted fabric using screenprinting or blockprinting techniques. Experiment with repeating pattern, placement prints or experimental mark making. Learn how to mix printing inks explore colour and overprinting. In the afternoon Polly will guide you through techniques to turn your fabric into a 30cm diameter drum lampshade for either a table lamp or for a hanging lampshade. Includes all materials. Cancellation Policy
Course cancellations need to be made 28 days in advance via email for a refund and will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Cancellations after this period will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the course fee. Short notice cancellations made 7 days or less before the start of the course are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a course but have a friend or colleague that can take your place instead then there will be no admin fee for transferring the place.
