About the course
In this one day workshop we will consider the use of colour in screenprinting. Practical exercises will help to develop techniques to enable you to handle colour with accuracy and confidence in your screenprints. This workshop will cover: The fundamentals of colour mixing for screenprinters Methods of testing colour and colour matching Colour balance and the use of accent colours How to control hue, tone, transparency and opacity within screenprinting inks Participants will be introduced to a range of practical hands-on ink mixing exercises including using test prints to explore the effect of colour over flat areas, overprinting and across a greyscale spectrum. Cancellation Policy
Course cancellations need to be made 28 days in advance via email for a refund and will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Cancellations after this period will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the course fee. Short notice cancellations made 7 days or less before the start of the course are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a course but have a friend or colleague that can take your place instead then there will be no admin fee for transferring the place.
